Ordering

Everything that happens between your first click and your parcel.

Including the part where you pay a human being rather than a checkout form. That is unusual, so it is worth reading once.

The short version

Add what you want to the cart, enter your shipping details, and place the order. That opens WhatsApp with your whole order already written out. You send it, we reply with a payment link, and once it clears the parcel goes out. No card details are entered on this site and none are stored here.

Step 1, Add to cart

Every vial size is a separate line with its own SKU code and its own price. A 5mg vial and a 10mg vial of the same compound are different orders, so they are listed and added separately. The cart records the exact SKU you clicked, which is why what arrives matches what you picked.

Your cart lives in your own browser. It survives closing the tab, it is not sent anywhere until you place an order, and clearing your browser data clears it.

Step 2, Check the cart

Adjust quantities or remove lines. The running total shows the subtotal, shipping and the final figure before you go any further. Shipping is free on every order, with nothing added at checkout.

Step 3, Email, as a guest or with an account

Guest checkout is the default and it works exactly the same as an account. Creating an account only does two things: it saves your shipping details for next time, and it lets you see your past orders. It is not required and it does not change the price.

Step 4, Shipping details

Name, phone number with country code, and a full delivery address. The phone number matters more here than on most sites, because it is how we reach you if the courier has a problem. There is a notes field if anything about the delivery needs explaining.

Step 5, Five confirmations

Before the order button unlocks you confirm all five of these. Not four. They cover that you are 18 or over, that you understand the material is supplied for laboratory research use only, that it is not for human or animal consumption, that you accept full responsibility for how it is used, and that you accept the terms.

The exact wording you agreed to is recorded with your order under a version number. If that wording ever changes, old orders stay attached to the wording that was actually on screen the day they were placed. That is the part that matters if anything is ever disputed.

Step 6, Place the order

Your order gets a reference code that looks like MRD-20260728-K7X2. Then WhatsApp opens with the full order already written into the message box: your details, the shipping address, every line item with its SKU, the total, and the confirmations you ticked.

You still have to press send. Nothing reaches us until you do. If WhatsApp does not open, the confirmation screen has a copy button with the same text, and you can paste it into WhatsApp yourself. Your reference code is on that screen either way.

Step 7, Payment

We reply on WhatsApp with a payment link for your reference code. Check that the reference on the link matches the reference on your confirmation screen. We will never ask you for card numbers in a message, and we will never ask for them on this site.

Step 8, Dispatch

Once payment clears, the order is packed and sent with tracking, and the tracking number goes to you on the same WhatsApp thread. Outer packaging is plain and does not name the contents.

What we will not do

We will not tell you a dose, a schedule, a route of administration or a protocol, and asking will not change that answer. We will not advise you on whether a compound suits a goal, because that is not what this material is sold for. We will not ship where the material is prohibited, and checking the law where you live is your responsibility, not ours. And we will not supply human growth hormone or botulinum toxin at any price.

Returns

Sealed vials that arrive damaged or that do not match the SKU on your order are replaced or refunded, and you should tell us on the WhatsApp thread with your reference code and a photo. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be taken back, because there is no way to verify how they were stored once they leave us.
