This is working text, not final legal text. It describes what this business actually does, which is the right starting point, but the liability, indemnity and dispute sections need a lawyer before you rely on them. A policy you do not follow is worse than no policy, so read it and make sure it matches how you really operate.
These terms apply to everything on this site and to every order placed through it. By browsing, placing an order, or sending us an order on WhatsApp, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

We supply synthetic peptides and related materials for laboratory research use only. Nothing we supply is a drug, a food, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device. Nothing we supply is approved by the FDA or any comparable regulator, and nothing we supply is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals.
Nothing we supply is for human or animal consumption, and it is not sold for that purpose under any circumstances.
We do not provide dosing, protocols, schedules, cycles, routes of administration or any other guidance on use, and we will not provide them on request. We do not advise on whether a compound suits a goal. We do not interpret laboratory results. We have no licensed clinicians and we do not offer a clinical service of any kind. No employee or representative is authorised to say otherwise, and any such statement is void and not binding on us.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must be qualified and equipped to handle research chemicals safely. You must be ordering for laboratory research purposes, and not for consumption by any person or animal.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without giving a reason. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order and payment clears.
Once material leaves us, how it is handled, stored, used and disposed of is entirely your responsibility. We are not responsible or liable for what is done with anything bought here, including any use in or on a human or animal, whether by you or by anyone else. You agree not to consume it, not to administer it, and not to supply it to anyone who intends to.
You are responsible for complying with the law where you live and where you take delivery. Some of these materials are restricted or prohibited in some countries and some states. Checking that is your responsibility before you order, not ours afterwards.
Orders are placed on this site and completed on WhatsApp. When you place an order you receive a reference code, and your order details are prepared as a WhatsApp message that you send to us. We reply with a payment link for that reference.
No card details are entered on this site and none are stored here. We will never ask you for card numbers in a message. If anyone claiming to be us asks for card numbers, a gift card, or payment to an account that does not match the link we sent, it is not us.
Prices are per vial, in [currency], and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you placed the order. Shipping is free. Taxes, duties and customs charges are yours to pay unless we state otherwise.
Orders are dispatched after payment clears. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If you give an address that is wrong or incomplete, a reshipment is chargeable.
We do not ship where the material is prohibited. Where a parcel is seized or refused by customs, we are not liable for the loss.
Tell us within [7] days, on the WhatsApp thread, with your reference code and a photo, if a vial arrives damaged, if a seal is broken, or if what arrived does not match the SKU you ordered. We will replace it or refund it.
Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned, because once material has left our control there is no way to verify how it was stored or handled. That is a safety position, not a preference.
Where we publish a certificate of analysis, it describes the lot it names and nothing else. It is a record of what testing found for that lot. It is not a warranty of fitness for any purpose, and it is emphatically not a statement that the material is safe for a person.
You may not resell, repackage or redistribute anything bought here. You may not misrepresent who you are or what you intend the material for. You may not scrape, copy or republish the content of this site, including the research library and the compound data.
Material is supplied as described and as tested, and otherwise without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. [Counsel: liability caps are limited or void for personal injury in many jurisdictions. This clause needs scoping, and on its own it will not defeat a consumption injury claim.]
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your use of anything bought here, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of any law that applies to you.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to an order is the version published when that order was placed. The consent wording you agreed to at checkout is recorded against your order under a version number for exactly this reason.

The research use label does the work here, and it only holds if the rest of the site behaves consistently with it. Marketing to individuals, suggesting goals, or giving dosing guidance anywhere on this site undermines every clause above, because each of those becomes evidence that the seller knew the buyer was a person rather than a laboratory. Keep the site consistent with this document.
